Hypnosis to stop smoking

Richard’s treatment is designed to help you stop smoking after a single hypnosis session. The same method applies to vaping and chewing nicotine gum. Different people have different reasons to smoke and equally, will become non-smokers for different reasons. This is why Richard’s treatment is tailored to each individual. 

What can I expect?

  1. Call to book your treatment session, which can typically be one-and-a-half to two hours
  2. In that call, Richard will ask you to prepare for the session (it does not include ‘cutting back’).
  3. Richard will spend the first hour identifying what triggers you to smoke and, most important, identify powerful personal motivations to help you stop and remain a non- smoker.
  4. Richard then guides you into your unique hypnosis treatment.
